TERMS & BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. On receipt of the completed booking form, the contract shall be deemed to have been made between the client and Riam Yooyen-Lucassen trading as ‘centrecourtickets.com, or on receipt of the written order from the client with written confirmation being sent by centrecourttickets.com.

2. Should the Championships be cancelled for any reason, you will be refunded in full, Otherwise your 40 per cent deposit is non-refundable . The 60 per cent balance is due two months before the first day of the Championships. Should you fail to pay the balance at this time, centrecourttickets.com have the right to treat the booking as being cancelled.

3. If your Centre Court day is cancelled due to weather, war, terrorism, disputes or any reason beyond the control of centrecourttickets.com, no refunds will be made.

4. These terms and conditions are governed by the Laws of England and will not be governed by another agreement or assurance. The client should rely only on these terms and conditions.

5. The price of tickets will be as stated on our confirmation and will be fixed until the balance payment is made. centrecourttickets.com reserves the right to increase or decrease ticket prices in accordance with the market. No compensation will be paid once a booking has been made.

6. The actual ticket cost is the pound sterling. Dollar and euro prices are approximate and are based the current pound sterling rate at the time of the production of our website. Dollar and euros rates fluctuate and are based on rates offered by credit card companies and banks.

7. If you cancel over 3 months before the first day of the Championships, your refund will be 40 per cent of the total cost, If you cancel over 2 months beforehand, the refund will be 25 per cent of the total cost. For cancellations made under 2 months before the first day of the Championships, the cancellation charge will be the total cost of your debenture tickets.
